Making A Purchase Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just click on the items you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" You will then be asked for a few details that we need in order to complete your order.

We accept all major credit cards, Mastercards and debit cards. As soon as your card is charged your order will be processed and production will commence. Your blind will be delivered to your door in 3 - 4 weeks, or to an address of your choice where it can be signed for on your behalf. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with your particular product, we shall immediately e-mail you and refund the full payment into the account from which it was originally drawn.

Delivery charges are free to the UK mainland.
VAT is included in all prices quoted.
Delivery Schedule Roller, Panel and Loft blinds will be delivered to your door in 3 - 4 weeks, as they are manufactured to your exact requirements in Germany. Vertical blinds are assembled in the UK and will be delivered in 10-14 days. Flyscreens will be delivered within 5-15 days. We always endeavour to keep to these delivery schedules, but in exceptional circumstances there may be delays and you will be kept fully informed by email.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy All our blinds are made-to-measure and are therefore non-returnable. In the very unlikely event that a problem should arise with the condition of the goods please e-mail us with the details. A reply will be e-mailed to you within 24 hrs.
